A few weeks back, I made a stop at the Home Depot with James and Evan to check out materials for creating DIY studio backdrops. We bought heavy duty canvas drop cloths, paint roller stick things and about a quart and a half each of our desired paint colors (probably should’ve bought two quarts).
Mine was laid out on my front lawn, and because of that, the paint job was a bit uneven. It wasn’t quite my original plan but I fell in love with the texture and look (plus I didn’t run out of paint suddenly). Main paint color was blue-ish, and I had also gotten about a pint of a gray color, which I used to make paint splatter marks. Love love love.
I’ve used it for one photo shoot so far… pictures soon, I promise!
